1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of PRX Worldwide websites, mobile applications and related services, including PRX Pickleball and other PRX sport experiences that may be introduced in the future. By creating an account, accessing PRX or using a PRX service, you agree to these Terms and to the PRX Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must meet the minimum age and consent requirements that apply to you. If you use PRX on behalf of a club, court, venue, organization, federation or business, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization and to accept these Terms for the activities you perform on its behalf.

3. Accounts and account security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and maintaining control of your account. You must not share passwords or one-time codes, create deceptive or unauthorized duplicate accounts, impersonate another person or organization, or use another user's account without permission. Notify PRX promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. PRX identity and sport profiles

A PRX account may support one or more sport-specific profiles. Each sport may maintain its own ratings, reliability measures, rankings, matches, clubs, federation identifiers and competitive records. PRX may use an internal identifier to maintain account and competition integrity even when a public-facing identifier changes.

5. Ratings, rankings and competitive integrity

Ratings, reliability measures, rankings, leaderboards and other competition outputs are generated from verified activity and the rules applicable to the relevant PRX sport. They are not guarantees of skill, future performance or eligibility outside PRX.

Paid subscriptions or paid PRX features do not purchase or improve authoritative player ratings, reliability scores, leaderboard positions, match verification outcomes, club competitive ratings or rankings, contributor weight, recommendation priority, Open Play queue position or court-assignment priority. Competitive records are governed by verified activity and the rules applicable to the relevant PRX sport.

6. Matches, verification and disputes

Users are responsible for submitting accurate match information. PRX may require confirmation by participants, club staff, venue staff, officials or other authorized sources before treating a result as verified. PRX may investigate disputed, suspicious or inconsistent results and may reverse, correct, suspend or exclude records where reasonably necessary to preserve system integrity.

7. Clubs, courts, venues, events and organization roles

PRX may allow authorized users to manage clubs, courts, venues, events or organization workspaces. Access may depend on role, approval, subscription status or verification. Organization administrators are responsible for the permissions they grant to staff and for activity performed through authorized organization roles.

8. Court bookings and physical services

When PRX enables court or venue reservations, the identified court or venue is the provider of the physical facility or service unless PRX expressly states otherwise. The court or venue is responsible for its availability, facility rules, operating conditions, pricing and delivery of the booked physical service.

Where supported, booking payments may be processed through an authorized payment provider on behalf of the court or venue and may be settled directly to that court's or venue's payment account. PRX may charge a separately disclosed platform, booking or service fee where applicable. PRX does not obtain ownership of court-booking proceeds merely because PRX provides the booking technology.

9. Paid subscriptions and premium features

PRX may offer paid plans such as PRX Pro, Club Pro, Court Pro or other premium services. Features, price, billing interval, renewal terms and included usage are presented at or before purchase and may vary by product, platform, country or customer type.

Consumer digital subscriptions purchased inside a mobile application may be billed by the applicable app store. Business or web-based products may be billed through an approved payment provider. Access to paid features depends on successful payment, entitlement status and compliance with these Terms.

10. Payments, fees and taxes

Payments may be handled by Apple, Google, PayMongo or another approved payment provider. Their payment terms, processing rules and refund procedures may also apply. You authorize the applicable provider to charge the amount shown at purchase, including disclosed taxes or fees.

For court and venue transactions, processing fees, platform fees and settlement arrangements may be allocated to the venue, court, PRX or another party as disclosed in the applicable commercial arrangement or checkout flow. PRX will not silently convert a venue's gross booking value into PRX revenue.

11. Renewals, cancellation and refunds

Recurring subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled according to the purchase terms and the rules of the billing provider. App-store subscriptions should generally be managed through the applicable Apple or Google account. Web-billed subscriptions may be managed through the applicable PRX or payment-provider flow when available.

Refund eligibility depends on the product, payment channel, booking policy and applicable law. Court or venue cancellations may also be subject to the provider's disclosed cancellation or no-show policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

12. Acceptable use

You may not use PRX to submit false scores, identities, bookings, payment information or verification evidence; manipulate ratings, rankings, queues, eligibility or competitive outcomes; harass, threaten, exploit or impersonate others; attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or administrative tools; interfere with platform operation or security controls; scrape or commercially exploit PRX data or software except as expressly permitted; or use PRX for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

13. User content, chat and communications

You remain responsible for content you submit through PRX, including profile information, messages, reports, club information and event content. You grant PRX a limited right to host, process, display and transmit that content as necessary to operate the service. PRX may restrict or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or platform rules.

14. Moderation and enforcement

PRX may investigate reports, suspicious activity, abuse, fraud, payment disputes, safety issues and competitive-integrity concerns. Depending on the circumstances, PRX may warn users, restrict features, freeze organization access, reverse competition records, suspend accounts or terminate access. Where appropriate, PRX may preserve records needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or dispute resolution.

15. Third-party services and authorized integrations

PRX may integrate with payment providers, app stores, cloud services, SMS or email providers, analytics services, federations, clubs, venues and other authorized partners. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. PRX is not responsible for a third party's independent service, outage or conduct, except to the extent required by applicable law.

16. Federation and partner data

Federation-linked identifiers, player records or partner data may be used only where an appropriate authorization, agreement or other valid basis exists. A federation, league or partner may maintain its own eligibility, membership or competition rules independently of PRX.

17. Intellectual property

PRX Worldwide, PRX Pickleball, PRX software, designs, branding, interfaces, original content and related intellectual property are owned by GrowthPro System or its licensors, except for content owned by users or third parties. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use PRX for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of PRX intellectual property to you.

18. Service availability and changes

PRX may add, modify, suspend or retire features as the platform evolves. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents, legal requirements or technical limitations may temporarily affect access.

19. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PRX at any time and may request account deletion through available privacy controls. PRX may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, non-payment, unlawful conduct or actions that materially threaten users, partners or competitive integrity. Where practical and appropriate, PRX may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

20. Disclaimers

PRX provides technology for identity, competition records, discovery, organization tools, bookings and related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, PRX does not operate third-party courts, venues, clubs, events or physical facilities and does not guarantee their quality, safety, availability or performance. Ratings, rankings, analytics and recommendations are informational platform outputs and should not be treated as professional, medical, legal or financial advice.

21. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthPro System and PRX Worldwide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use PRX, third-party services, user conduct or third-party physical services. Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, if your unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms or misuse of PRX causes a third-party claim against GrowthPro System or PRX Worldwide, you agree to be responsible for the resulting losses, liabilities and reasonable costs attributable to that conduct. This section does not limit rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact PRX support so the issue can be reviewed and, where possible, resolved. Subject to mandatory law, disputes that require court proceedings may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in Bacolod City, Philippines.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as PRX services, commercial models, legal requirements or operational practices change. When material changes are made, the updated date will be posted on this page and additional notice may be provided through the app, website or another appropriate channel.
