1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to PRX Worldwide websites, mobile applications and related services, including PRX Pickleball, and to other PRX sport experiences that may be introduced in the future. It explains what personal information we collect, why we use it, how we protect it, when we share it, how long we retain it and the choices available to users.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the PRX services you use, we may collect:

• Account and identity information: name, email address, mobile number, authentication details, account status and internal PRX identifiers.
• Player profile information: sport profiles, city or location details you choose to provide, profile information, club memberships and visibility preferences.
• Competition information: match participants, scores, verification status, disputes, ratings, reliability measures, rankings, leaderboard eligibility and historical competition records.
• Club, venue and event information: memberships, roles, bookings, open-play participation, event participation and related operational records.
• Verification information: mobile verification state, identity or eligibility records and, where required, verification documents or federation-linked identifiers.
• Payment and transaction information: transaction references, booking or subscription status, payment confirmation and refund or reconciliation records. Full payment-card details may be handled directly by third-party payment providers rather than stored by PRX.
• Communications: support requests, direct messages, reports, moderation records and other communications you send through PRX or to official PRX support addresses.
• Device, technical and security information: device type, app version, browser information, IP-derived security information, timestamps, diagnostics, authentication events and security logs.
• Notification and product preferences: settings for match, rating, club and other service notifications.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• create, secure and maintain PRX accounts;
• operate player profiles and sport-specific identities;
• verify match results and preserve competitive integrity;
• calculate and display ratings, reliability measures, rankings and leaderboards;
• support clubs, venues, courts, events, open play and bookings;
• process subscriptions, payments, refunds and transaction reconciliation;
• provide support, moderation and dispute handling;
• send service, security, verification and account communications;
• detect abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts and other activity that may harm users or competition integrity;
• improve product reliability, usability and performance;
• comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

4. Competitive integrity and paid features

Paid subscriptions or paid PRX features do not purchase or improve authoritative player ratings, reliability scores, leaderboard positions, match verification outcomes, club competitive ratings or rankings, contributor weight, recommendation priority, Open Play queue position or court-assignment priority. Competitive records are governed by verified activity and the rules applicable to the relevant PRX sport.

5. Account visibility and discovery

PRX may provide settings that let you control whether you appear in player discovery and whether certain profile or club-membership information is visible to other users. Some verified competition records may remain available or may be retained in non-identifying form where necessary to preserve the integrity of historical results, ratings and disputes.

6. Clubs, venues, events and authorized partners

If you interact with a club, venue, event organizer, federation or other authorized partner, PRX may share the information reasonably necessary to provide that service, verify participation, administer an event, manage access, resolve a dispute or support an authorized integration. Federation-linked or partner-linked information will only be used where an appropriate authorization, agreement or other valid basis exists.

7. Payments and billing

PRX may use third-party payment providers to process subscriptions, court bookings or other paid transactions. These providers may collect payment credentials directly. PRX may retain transaction references, amounts, status information, refund records and reconciliation data needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling.

8. Communications, chat and moderation

When you use PRX messaging or support features, PRX may process message content, reports, blocks, moderation actions and related metadata to deliver the service, enforce platform rules, protect users and investigate abuse. Users should not send passwords, one-time codes or other authentication secrets through chat or email.

9. Service providers

We may use service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, databases, email, SMS delivery, analytics, payments, infrastructure, app distribution, monitoring and customer support. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to PRX or as otherwise permitted by applicable law and their contractual obligations.

10. International processing

Some service providers may process or store information outside the Philippines. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services being provided.

11. Advertising and sale of personal information

PRX does not sell personal information to advertisers. If PRX introduces advertising or materially different commercial data practices in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those practices are used where required.

12. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including account operation, legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and the integrity of verified competitive records.

When an account deletion request is completed, PRX may remove or anonymize direct identity, profile, location, notification, verification-document and sign-in information. PRX may retain an internal non-identifying player identifier and non-identifying match, rating or competition history where necessary to preserve the integrity of past verified results. A one-way verified-mobile anti-abuse hash may be retained for up to three years to help prevent account abuse, subject to applicable law.

13. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through the Privacy & Security section of the PRX app or by contacting privacy@prxworldwide.com. Some information may be retained where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, protect security or preserve the integrity of historical competition records.

14. Security

PRX uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication protections, encryption in transit, audit logging, role-based permissions and restricted administrative access. No system can guarantee absolute security.

15. Children and minors

PRX services should only be used by persons who meet the minimum age and consent requirements applicable to them. Where a user is a minor under applicable law, parent, guardian or other legally valid consent may be required before certain personal information is processed or certain features are used.

16. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion or blocking of certain information, information about how your data is processed, objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent where processing relies on consent, and other rights recognized by applicable data-protection law.

17. Cookies and website analytics

PRX websites may use cookies or similar technologies for essential site functions, security, preferences and analytics. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although some site functions may not work correctly if required cookies are disabled.

18. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as PRX services, legal requirements or operational practices change. When we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice through the app, website or another appropriate channel.
